HR Business Partner - onboarding (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Fox Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Portland region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
