HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Beacon Financial is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
