HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Lakeside Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
