HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Vista Property Management is a Pittsburgh property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
