HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Forge Foods produces packaged foods at its Pittsburgh plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
