HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Clearpath Oak Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Pittsburgh, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
