HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Forge Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
