HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Rivermark Drift Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
