HR Business Partner - onboarding (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Quarry Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Pittsburgh working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
