HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Stone Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Phoenix presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
