HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Amber Medical Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
