HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Lumen Wren Hospitality is a hospitality company in Phoenix with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
