HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Umber Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
