HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
