HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Vale Staffing is a Phoenix staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
