HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Phoenix design routes and schedules, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on survey data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
