HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Ember Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Phoenix area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 373 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
