HR Business Partner - onboarding (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
