HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Stonegate Linden Civic Services supports public agencies in Philadelphia with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 887 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
