HR Business Partner - onboarding (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Philadelphia with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
