HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Highbridge Pike Construction Group is a Orlando contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
