HR Business Partner - onboarding (Orlando, FL)

Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Orlando with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
