HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Environmental Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 949 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
