HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook North Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
