HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Yarrow Banking Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 235 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
