HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Summit River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Omaha area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
