HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
