HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Stone Health provides primary and specialty care in Omaha, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
