HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
