HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Fern Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Omaha serving households and small businesses, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on card disputes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
