HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Greenridge Cross Foods produces packaged foods at its Omaha plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
