HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Keystone Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
