HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
