HR Business Partner - onboarding (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Loom Construction is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
