HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bright Rowan Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
