HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Sable Financial serves customers across Oklahoma City with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
