HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Vista Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 545 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
