HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bright Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account servicing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
