HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Hospitality Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
