HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Willow Pharma Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
