HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Sparrow Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
