HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oklahoma City, OK)

Ironwood Drift Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on care plans. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
