HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oakland, CA)

Rivermark Pine Financial serves customers across Oakland with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
