HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oakland, CA)

Redstone Juniper Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
