HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rook Manufacturing Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
