HR Business Partner - onboarding (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Meadow Auto Group is a Oakland company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
