HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Greenridge Fox Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
