HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Highbridge Maple Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
