HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Bright Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around New Orleans. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 398 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on public records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
