HR Business Partner - onboarding (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Beacon Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from New Orleans, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
